You Can’t Be Happy All of the Time, But Don’t Stop Trying.

You Can’t Be Happy All of the Time, But Don’t Stop Trying | Psychology Today.cropped-images-5.jpg

I’ve learned not to think of what-ifs and if-onlys…
I may re-evaluate my actions and outcomes,
but I’ve learned to find and enjoy my happiness
by only focusing on the positive perspective
and eradicate the negative ones.
I live in the moment, by enjoying it.
I don’t set goals unless it was a last resort.
Less expectation, less disappointment.
Thus easily satisfied by even the simplest
slightest things we have, accomplish or receive.
